The staff were always helpful and as it turned out we had to stay an extra day because of weather which cancelled the fery service. The hotel staff even called our planned hotel for the next two nights and got us a refund which we were not eligible for. Excellent room, view, facility, and great breakfast, and a wonderful staff that really went out of their way for us!!

Very warm welcome with cold towels and a glass of champaigne. A special surprise was an upgrade to the penthouse suite, which was really stunning, with the best view in town. Very elegant room design with the seamless service. Every day during the turn down service we got different amenities: chocolate, cognac, traditional cookies. Luxury Guerlain bathroom amenities were replaced every day. Beautiful a la cart breakfast: matcha latte and avocado toast were my choice, that is not so easy to find in other, even 5 stars hotels in Croatia. Great spa area. Free sunbeds on the most exclusive beach in Hvar, 10 minutes walk from the hotel.

Hvar Island is gorgeous and although Stari Grad is not as glitzy as Hvar town it remains a beautiful location - short walk along the promenade from the hotel. Food was excellent and the menu pricing was reasonable which meant the credit system for the half board worked really well. Staff was really friendly and welcoming. Our room with the two bedrooms had sufficient space and the beds were excellent. The pool area was a real winner and the kids absolutely loved it - real relaxing environment.

Really lovely hosts and nice peaceful place to stay. The studio room had basic cooking facilities and a nice sunny balcony with views over the garden and mountains. It was super clean and very reasonably priced. Jelsa is a great central location for exploring Hvar island, plus the town (quick easy walk from the apartment) is very chilled with good restaurants. Our hosts recommended some really excellent places to eat and visit. We will be back for sure and highly recommend staying at Dobrila!

Turn Hvar into a SportHotel, bec there is no such one in Hvar island. You really have a lovely facilitations already! There are 4 tenniscourts, nyt only 2 in use. There would ne fantastic place for soccer, beachvolley, healthy food, social sports, group fitness, yoga, silent meditation walks etc.

Perfect location, superb views from our apartment to pine trees, nice little beach nearby, great bar for lunch in afternoon, walkable distance to beautiful village Jelsa on great promenade with sea views. You are in nature, - watching sea, ships, and trees. Facilities are basic and very simple , but enough, to stay for really reasonable price in Hvar island. We were more than happy that we had luck to stay in first line apartment with terrace.

Our apartment was on the top floor with two balconies, one of which had a great view of the sea. The kitchen had everything you needed. One of the best impressions about Hvar island is definitely the Lazaneo Apartment just across the rocky beach, 5 minute walk to the beach bar, and in the middle of the path that connects Jelsa and Vrboska. Tania is an incredible host, and this place was the perfect spot to call home during our time in Hvar. The property is beautiful with a very sweet outdoor seating area, very clean room, kitchen and bathroom, with all needed for a very comfortable stay. It was approx a 17 minute walk downtown, and 8-10 minute walk to a stunning beach. Tania even drove us to town one evening for dinner and provided some great dining recommendations. It's clear that beyond being a kind and friendly host, she cares a lot for her property and the comfort of her guests. Highly recommend staying here if you're spending any time on the island!
